Welcome to Hackonix. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Authorization & Permitted Use

You confirm that you own the systems, networks, or applications targeted for security assessment, or that you have obtained explicit written authorization from the owner. Hackonix conducts penetration testing strictly within the scope defined in the engagement letter.

Unauthorized testing of third-party assets without consent is illegal and strictly prohibited.

2. Nature of Services

Offensive security assessments involve simulating cyberattacks. While we take every precaution to prevent disruption, you acknowledge that testing may occasionally cause system instability. Hackonix is not liable for incidental downtime or temporary service interruptions during the testing window.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all findings, reports, and proprietary methodologies confidential. Hackonix will not disclose client vulnerabilities to the public without prior written consent (e.g., for a case study with redacted data).

4. Limitation of Liability

Our reports provide a snapshot of your security posture at a specific point in time. Hackonix does not guarantee that your systems are immune to all future attacks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hackonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Podgorica.
