- Project Scoping Data: Technical details regarding target assets (IP ranges, domains, API documentation) provided strictly for scoping purposes.
2. Confidentiality & Security Assessments
Any technical data, vulnerability findings, or intellectual property shared with us during a penetration test or red teaming engagement is treated as Strictly Confidential.
We operate under standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We do not share, sell, or disclose your vulnerability data to any third parties, bug bounty platforms, or public databases.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for:
- Responding to your inquiries and scheduling assessments.
- Conducting the agreed-upon security services.
- Generating and delivering the final security audit report.
- Legal compliance and invoicing.
4. Data Retention
After the engagement is complete and the final report is delivered and verified, we securely delete all sensitive client data (logs, credentials, and temporary findings) from our systems in accordance with our retention policy, unless a different retention period is required by law.
